Ben Willis came to Australia as a backpacker in 2004 from England. Coming from a background in Hospitality and Club Management, he transferred his fantastic people skills quite easily to the Promotions and Sales Industry.
After a very successful first 12 months in the Business, Ben was given the opportunity to move to Adelaide. With his experience, passionate approach and high standards, South Australia became the stomping ground for Ben to set up his own fresh, innovative and forward-thinking Marketing Company, and it was here that illusive Cube was born in 2007.
Ben has received many accolades for the work his Company has produced over the last few years, one of which being that he has raised an amazing 15 million dollars for various Charity Clients within Australia. In November 2009, Ben took illusive Cube to Melbourne, where he is continuing the rapid expansion of his Organisation.
As Managing Director, Ben’s key focuses are to ensure high quality training and development, and providing a supportive environment for people to work in and build on their skills.
Ben is extremely motivated by seeing people grow and develop themselves. He loves being surprised by unexpected achievements, and he thrives to do things that others could not do.
Believe it or not, Ben Willis is no ‘stuffy’ Managing Director, and if he’s not thumping the latest drum and bass throughout the entire building he can usually be found life coaching the core leaders of Illusive Cube.
